- How to install Towers:
- ---------------------

- 1. Make the directory holding the un-ZIPped Towers files the default.

- 2. Create a directory to hold the Towers program files and copy
- all of them into it. For example, if you wanted to name the new
- directory TOWERS, you could use these commands:

- md c:\towers <--- this creates the directory named TOWERS on drive c:
-
- copy towers*.* c:\towers <--- this copies all the towers files into TOWERS

- 3. Copy the file PICCLIP.VBX into your WINDOWS\SYSTEM directory. PICCLIP.VBX
- is a Windows dynamic link library (even though its extension is VBX), and
- Microsoft recommends placing all dynamic link libraries in WINDOWS

- copy picclip.vbx c:\windows\system

- 4. Ensure you have the file VBRUN100.DLL in your WINDOWS\SYSTEM directory.
- VBRUN100.DLL is a Windows Dynalic Link Library required by all Visual
- Basic applications. VBRUN100.DLL can be found on Compuserve (WINADV forum)
- and on most PC oriented bulletin board systems.

- 5. Start Towers like any standard Windows application.
